This week Nikki talks to OK! magazine (5 page spread) about her lifelong battle with Anorexia. In the magazine photoshoot they have dolled her up as the 60's idol Twiggy, in a 30th birthday party style shoot. Happy Birthday, Nikki! I've just had my 30th. It didn't feel the best. I think I am starting to be a bit more grown up. My mum has moved away to Dorset so I'm having to be a bit more responsible these days.

Hi everyone, For all of those anticipating the re launch of 'Fragile' it will be on the shelves in WHSmiths on the 10th May which is very exciting! It is also available now online at Amazon. Just to let you know 'Fragile' is an extension of 'Dying to be Thin' so it has been updated to include what I've been up to since the last launch. I have also removed sections that I was not happy with and that are no longer relevant.

Nikki talks exclusively to HEAT magazine this week about her anorexia relapse. Having to work out 2 times a day and only taking in 1200 calories. Nikki was on the road to recovery after attending regular body awareness sessions at a clinic. However she has now confessed that she is once again obsessively exercising and dieting. Nikki has also admitted that her low weight makes her miserable, and that she fears she'll struggle with her body issues for the rest of her life.

Nikki was on Celebrity Coach Trip which aired on C4, Monday 16th January to 18th January 2012. Nikki teamed up with fellow BB7 housemate Aisleyne Horgan Wallace and competed in Frisbee, football, judo, dressing up as clowns and cake making. Nikki and Aislyene started with a lot of enthusiasm but never really clicked with the older contestants. In particular the team of Paul Burill and so called etiquette expert Jean Broke-Smith.

Nikki was at the Big Brother's Bit on the Side after-party in a large tent along with family and friends of the housemates and the programme's regular guests and presenters. She looked great with her 40's hairstyle and was clearly having a good time. The winner and housemates were still in the BBBOTS studio but able to be questioned - Nikki asked Aaron if he had more tantrums than his son - Aaron said he probably did!

This week's programme came from inside the garden. Nikki, well wrapped up against the cold, was on the panel along with Alice Levine, Jamie East and Kate Walsh. The housemates were still inside the house but were able to listen to, and talk to, the audience and the panel. When the panellists had to ask a question of one of the housemates, Nikki asked Tom who was the better kisser, Alex or Aaron!

Nikki will be appearing as the Fairy Godmother at Theatr Stiwt's production of Cinderella in Rhos, Nr Wrexham. In an article for "Welsh Icons" Rebecca Griffiths, the manager of the Stiwt, says she is "delighted" that Nikki is joining the cast and the panto will have "that extra wow factor with rich costumes, wonderful choreography and a few added little twists to the tale".

Nikki was once again in her white coat in the studio talking about all the latest goings-on in the house. She was asked about the film premiere of Paranormal Activity which was held outside the house. Nikki enjoyed the film, going into the house for the 5th time (!!) and meeting the housemates who were there. She said Tom was her favourite housemate because he was so sweet.

Nikki as Big Brother's Psychologist was called upon to give her analysis on Mark who walked from the Big Brother house earlier in the day. A difficult challenge as Mark wasn't being all that co-operative. Nikki and Mark sat at either end of the table and after Emma did the introduction's with Mastermind music, Mark asked "is this a game show"? Nikki quickly reminded him that the game show ended for him when walked earlier that morning.

Nikki was on BBC Radio Devon on sunday night, she was a guest on the Graham Torrington Night Time Show. The topic of the show was "If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?". For Nikki it was she would like to be taller as her growth stopped around age 11 because of her battle with anoreia. Nikki has written a review for Hit The Floor Magazine of The Wombats latest release: This Modern Glitch. Despite liking 3 of the tracks including "Jump into the fog" Nikki is less than enthusiastic about the album as a whole, saying "If I knew nothing about this Liverpudlian trio I would assume they were teenage boys due to the use of the amateur lyrics at times and simple melodies, when in actual fact they should be riding high off the back of their successful first album.

On 7th April Nikki was at the Electric Ballroom Camden for Hit The Floor Magazine reviewing new Indie group The Vaccines. This is the 2nd blog Nikki has done for this popular online magazine. "What did you expect from The Vaccines?" were the words on everyone's lips after the release of their debut album on the 14th March this year. The band who consist of Justin Young (vocals), Freddie Cowan (lead guitar), Arni Hjorvar (bass) and Pete Robertson (drums) formed less than a year ago in June 2010 and have already reached heights of success which many recent british bands have yet to discover.

Nikki is in OK! magazine this week with the Foxy Bingo mascot in a two page advertising feature. Foxy is interviewed in the feature and talks about his celebrity pal Nikki Grahame. From the article: Nikki and Foxy have been close friends for years and the blonde bombshell regularly visits her pal in his London home. The two are constantly fighting off rumours of a budding romance after being photographed together constantly by paparazzi, but the friends are adamant that the relationship has only ever been plutonic.

Nikki is in New magazine talking about why she went into UBB, being single, her book, Natalie Cassidy's baby and her new Foxy Bingo advert. Asked about UBB, Nikki said she went into it because she loved Big Brother and it was nostalgic to go back in and be part of the last ever BB. Now that she's been in 2 advertising campaigns (Dominos and Foxy Bingo)she was asked if she's annoyed not being asked to do something glamorous like being in a Marks and Spencer advert but she says she loves Foxy and thinks he's really cute - just like a real fox as his eyes and his mouth move.

Nikki was the main guest on The Vanessa Show on channel 5. Nikki and Vanessa talked about their friendship, Big Brother, anorexia and Nikki's foot operation. It was a great interview and its clear that Nikki and Vanessa get on really well. Afterwards Nikki stayed in the studio to chat with the other guests who were being interviewed and was joined by her two dogs - who looked really cute and were very well behaved - at least they were after they'd "seen off" the rabbit that the guest vet brought along!

Nikki is featuring in a new advertising campaign for FoxyBingo.com The first ad from the new campaign launched during Coronation Street's centre ad break on Monday 7 February, and also featured Christopher Biggins and Jim Bowen. The series of TV ads and online films, which have been created by London agency Biscuit, are designed to bolster the public's affinity with the brand by giving its Foxy character a life outside of Bingo.

This is the first time in over two weeks Nikki has been out and about since the operation and its good to see that she was able to attend this event and enjoy herself.

This year Nikki comments on some woman in the US who cries at every movie, Jenifer Aniston not being able to keep a boyfriend, Victoria Beckham and the incredibly annoying Steven Baldwin who was on Celebrity BB. Nikki on Jenifer Aniston: "You know I actually see myself in her a lot, when it comes to men, because after 9 months we both get bored" Nikki on Steven Baldwin: "I would just have to switch off if I was in there with him, I hate all that Jibber Jabber".

The panto opened on friday 10th December to a packed house and has been running a week now. Although numbers were down saturday and sunday night due to the XFactor finals, the panto is getting good support from the Kettering community. Nikki is a good choice for Princess Balroubador, it was Princess Jasmine in the pre-show advertising, so I wonder why they changed it?

Its been an eventful few days in the UBB house since the double eviction last Friday when Nikki was delighted to see Vanessa enter the house as a new housemate. Sunday was nominations day and the HM's had to nominate while miming, gargling, drawing or rapping - as you can see from the picture, Nikki mimed an excellent imitation of Ulrika! We've had some great tasks but we've also had some nice moments that didn't make the highlights - like Nikki having fun making up games to play with Vanessa, Victor and Preston - these included making a slide in the garden - BB soon put a stop to that though - spoilsport!

Nikki had the first shopping task - "Who Is She" where she had to guess who 5 former housemates were by touch - and then another out of a line-up. She won �650 for the shopping budget! For the first part of the task Nikki was blindfolded for the challenge, and with Preston guiding her, had to feel the faces of five female ex-housemates. This week Nikki says she was sad but "NOT surprised that Ben left this week, his bitchiness cost him badly" and wanted Jedward to stay in the house for a week! She loved the task this week and is looking forward to Sam being in the house as she thinks he will be confrontational; she likes Jo and thinks Andrew would be a worthy winner. She is NOT, however, impressed with Josie and JJ and still dislikes Steve but says Corin has gone up in her estimation.

Nikki appeared on Live From Studio Five as a guest in a discussion about the media obsession with skinny models. Ex-BB 11 contestant Rachel White talked about her own experiences and talked to schoolchildren about diets and the effect of size zero models on their own self esteem. Yesterday Nikki played a set of Supergrass covers at Back To The Future club night at The Monarch, Camden, in tribute to the band who'd played their last ever gig the night before. The songs here are 'Mansize Rooster' and 'Caught By The Fuzz'. Footage shot at The Monarch, Camden Thanks to Darren James for the photo. At the end of the set she took to the guitar and played her own song about Big Brother.

Nikki again took part in Soccer 6 on Bank Holiday Monday, May 31st, at Charlton Athletics ground in SE London, to raise money for The Samaritans. The organisers had promised that this years event was going to be even better than before.
